Carlo Rota plays Mick Schtoppel, a former terrorist and the most garish and flamboyant member of Section One. Recruited as an informant, he lived next door to Nikita, and his obnoxious, woman-chasing antics became a source of endless displeasure to her. But, unknown to everyone in Section, Mick Schtoppel is nothing more than a carefully created cover persona for Mr. Jones, the head of Center -- the most mysterious and powerful monitoring group above Section. For three years, Mr. Jones used Nikita as a spy within Section, and their secret alliance forever alters the course of Section. But Nikita soon learns that Mr. Jones, like his alter ego Mick Schtoppel, is not what he appears to be.
