Cindy Dolnec plays Kate Quinn, Birkoff's replacement in Section. She's sharp, tough as nails, and has no patience for anyone who cannot keep up with her. Quinn runs her area of Section with an iron fist, trusting no one but herself. Her dedication to Section is exceeded only by her uncompromising loyalty to Operations, for whom she possesses great admiration -- and affection. Quinn has not forgotten Nikita's actions against Operations, and Nikita soon becomes the main target of Quinn's animosity.
